Sacraments

Sacrament of Baptism:

Sundays, at 1:00 p.m.
A special joy in the life of our parish is the celebration of the Sacrament of Baptism.  A pre-Baptismal meeting with our Baptism Coordinator is necessary for first-time parents.  Kindly contact the Parish Office to schedule a Baptism.

NOTE: for families who have toddlers or older children who, for whatever reason, were never baptized: we would be happy to accommodate you.  Please contact the Parish Office.

Sacrament of Marriage:

Engaged couples: kindly contact the Parish Office at least six months in advance, before any plans for reception halls have been made. We will be happy to help you prepare to enter into the Sacrament of  Marriage!

Anointing of the Sick:

We are happy to arrange for the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick for anyone who is seriously ill.  Kindly contact the Parish Office.

Pastoral Care:

We are blessed to have an active Pastoral Care team at St. Catherine of  Siena. We visit our parishioners at St. Vincent’s and Bridgeport Hospitals, area nursing homes, as well as those confined to their homes. Our goal is to ensure that all of our sick and homebound parishioners are spiritually cared for.  We need your help to know whom to visit! Please contact the Parish Office if you or someone you know, who is a  parishioner, needs a visit. When you go to St. Vincent’s or Bridgeport Hospital, or any area nursing home, please alert them that you are a member of the Parish of Saint Catherine of Siena. Due to HIPAA regulations, we are not always aware of when parishioners are hospitalized.

First Holy Communion & Confirmation:

Please see the Religious Education section of our website for information

Reconciliation:

Please view our confession schedule. Has it been a while? There are resources found on our website to help you prepare.
